Ouch, 500 miles? I think I'd just cry. I somehow got to 15k before baton rouge started inserting rock chips and now golf balls in mine. I figured Safelite would be the easiest, but it never hurts to ask if someone had a secret glass shop hidden away somewhere.

As others have said the computer keeps tracking of MPGs for Distance to E calculations separate from just the trip MPG. If you want to reset it you can disconnect the battery. Last time I had to disconnect the battery my DTE went to 350 when I filled up the next time, I had quite the good laugh.

About to head home from work and get started on this, quick question about Glossifier. Can I add the glossifier coats a few days after the regular dip? Or does it need to be right after the black coats dry?

I'm sure it'll be fine like you guys have said, I just was unsure of how it reacted to unpainted surfaces, like maybe it needed to have some form of paint to grab onto. I'll probably be doing this work tomorrow, I'll post pictures of how it turns out!

I just got my new Steeda Race Wing in and I knew ahead of time that it comes unfinished/unpainted. I'm wondering if Plastidip will damage the spoiler if I try to remove it or look bad since there isn't a coat of paint or anything as a base. I know getting a body shop to paint it to match...

It's not like we're dropping money that we need for rent or bills on modifying the car. I'm going to spend that money on something so I choose for that to be my Mustang. If I wasn't putting it towards the car it'd be going towards something else people would deem "a waste".

I know when I bought my '16 last October there really weren't that many S550s in Baton Rouge yet so people would comment on the car all of the time when I was parking or getting gas, but now it seems like I can't go very long with seeing at least 1 drive by so the comments have trailed off.
