I packaged up my 10r80 to hit the road Monday morning (had help lifting it into my truck)

Got the shifter mounted in the car and the interior retrofitted:

I ordered a manual trans shift boot to see if I can make it work.

This morning started with shipping out the factory transmission to LPF in TX:

I called ATI to talk about torque specs and while on the phone they mentioned the trans should be done in about a week. Pretty damn excited. Snow falls again this week, oh well.

Torqued the flex plate bolts tonight after work. Also removed the factory trans cooler:

Finished up the electrical for the trans cooler. I also added a distribution block under the dash so that I don't have to pull home runs each time to the engine bay. So this doesn't look like much but it's cold here and having a roll cage causes you to become a contortionist - so it was a pain in the ass.

Was able to test everything minus the thermostat switch. I'll also clean up the wiring under the car after I plumb the cooler.

As long as the world cooperates, it should be here in 3-4 days.

I also was able to pick up a driveshaft from Aldo Welds. It won't be my long term driveshaft I don't think, but it'll get me moving for now until the backorder world of driveshafts calms down.
