The cost of the ATI balancer is a negative. Although a higher quality balancer, almost 4lbs lighter assy vs oem/camlock pulley, ability to run crank stud and Procharger CS are all positives.Just sucks a little you have to use an ATI with that for us procharger guys. That's what the site says anyhow.
They just gonna send you one off the shelf LOLCalled ATI this morning with my measurements for a new damper hub. They have a brand new one on the shelf that is in spec, no honing needed. Saved me $40. Nice!
In spec works for me. This should add some comfort out there for those that haven't had theirs measured/honed - but always measure to be sure. They just gonna send you one off the shelf LOL
Just measured mine yesterday. I came up with .00094 of interference fit. Granted this was using a snap gauge and a mic not a dial bore gauge, but I’m confident in the accuracyIn spec works for me. Price to clean via ID?Heard back from Injector Dynamics:
"As you will see, they are still a relatively tight and linear matched set, with average deviation across the entire operating range coming in at only 1.87%. Since everything looks great with these and they don't require any further action."
They cleaned up nicely and are in spec. They should be back on the way soon.
$215 cleaned with return shipping cost included. Add in the cost to ship out to them.Price to clean via ID?
