Ok so I have to option sync3 to be 301a or does it automatically come with a GTPP1? I'm getting mag ride if it's a stand alone option.
Magneride requires the performance pack, read under the option and it gives you a note. I assume the performance pack is available only on models with Sync 3 (Which comes with 301A) because the performance pack will utilize the new drive modes a little bit more. Such as the drag mode that was just unveiled.

They finally offer 3.55s in a Torsen for PP but it's for the fookin' automatic lol come on.

Seeing as the manual GTs are 3.55 standard now, though, maybe that means the gearing won't be stupid in 3.73s anymore.

My definites: Premium Plus, Enhanced Security

Maybes: Active Exhaust, PP

It would be Nice to get Brembo Rear Brakes as well.
The 2015-2017 cars have pretty beefy rear brakes, much larger than earlier models. Jesus, but the rear brakes on my 2012 GT BPP car were awful. I burned through them 3 times in 50k miles.

So, not necessary, other than for looks.

That's a massive business failure in 2018. The base radio looks like something *cheap* from the early 2000s. It's going to look really long in the tooth in 2020!
People that buy base GTs aren't worried about the interior looking cheap.

Performance Package LEVEL 2, not available with the 10SPD auto. So is this going to be like the 1LE SS?

Have you ever felt like you needed them, or you just like the looks? I have the PP and do a lot of up and down mountain cruises and the brakes have done and awesome job and never felt like they let me down.

It's amazing how everyone would order something different. I'd skip the security package, and the Premium +, and go for the PP car.

Mine would be a DD and I am a sucker for high-end interiors. I would like the PP, but I'm not going to do much/any tracking for quite a while and would probably just end up doing my own struts and springs down the line if I feel like the ride isn't firm enough, the rest of it is basically just show-off stuff I wouldn't take advantage of. That said, if it's in my budget, I'll get it.

Enhanced security is something like $300 /w x-plan and includes a nice insurance discount. Pretty much a 'why not' at this point.

Also you need 301a for magride and active exhaust. Does that mean I can stay base GT and get the mag ride? Looks like I won't be waiting for PP2 I mostly just wanted the forged wheels.
Scared me for a bit as I was looking to get a 401a + active exhaust. Active exhaust are MagneRide are both listed as optional on 400a and 401a on page 17.

Disappointed to see that you can't get the carbon sport interior with 401A.
Hoping the GT Perf Pack 2 is a 1LE competitor. Personally hoping its a Boss or Mach 1 because I really don't want to be limited to a green car for the top performance mustang.
