2018 Mustang 10R80 noises randomly

Hey, I'm having a grinding noise on my 2018 Ecoboost with the 10R80, it has about 78K but has made this for a while but comes and goes with no actual trigger as far as I can find. Can go day/weeks running smooth then make this noise. Maybe something else? Can't figure it out.

I've done a full fluid exchange at Ford at 44K and 76K
