The HA was for the SCCM Module part for the heated steering wheel

I just figured that out and made the correction to my post. I’ll call them tomorrow to change the part number.

I got the part number from another member on here that part that you ordered may be correct as well, maybe one has adaptive cruise, who knows.

Well hell, maybe I should just let that part number I ordered fly. That way we can start narrowing down the correct wheel which seems to be the most difficult to identify at the moment. Gear number shows when car goes into D drive. If it does not show it's in park.

What do you think about languages available in the lcd cluster? Obviously you have the usual english\spanish\french options, but for us in europe we actually have different language range depending on euro zone.
Could they be available changing something in asbuilt data?

I would assume these are in the firmware software.

If it's the heated wheel it will have that extra plug for the clock spring.

Plus our wheels should be different. Auto would have the paddle shifter inputs and not for my manual.

You have to find a very similar 2018 and get the asbuilt codes from the motorcraft website. Then use Forscan

$971, but a $300 core charge.
do we have to send our original clusters back?

I had to pay the core. It's not a like for like part, so - pretty sure everyone will have to pony up that one..
