Wow. I didn't know that. Good to know. All my years of watching Top Gear and I didn't notice they used MPH in the UK. LOL.

I've also never been to the UK but may be going later this year. Been to other parts of Europe that only use KPH... Thrown off.. RHD in the UK but MPH wtf is this world. Then there's the US that uses the imperial measuring system which makes no sense at all (AKA MILES). Thats a different discussion for a different day...

Is this our first RHD conversion?? Very cool if so and welcome to the club.

P.S. Nice oil temp gauge. :D
yes i believe it is :)

just noticed though my oil pressure gauge isn't right, it's there but has no reading. i don't even know if the regular dash has one?

UK uses MPH. Rest of Europe KPH. These guys do everything the wrong way, LOL!
Yes we do :clap2:.
so much so that Ford have switched the stupid steering wheel controls round, i assume to suit LHD? as i hate it, much better how it was so you can change gear and change track at the same time :(

Interesting... I never actually tested the OP gauge in the cluster since I have the dash one... Could be an issue in your 720-06-01 line. That messes with what menu's and gauges are available.

I don't mind the steering wheel control change to be honest. I can easily use my right hand to adjust it with the knob... Left hand is more convenient. I find when I drive my focus I reach for the wrong side to change the volume now which is kind of annoying.

can confirm this works for UK RHD too using breeves AB in the spreadsheet and following the usual forscan process of enabling disabling features, all listed in the spreadsheet.

massive thanks to breeves002 for his patience over PM :) and also Sherrodmustang for his insight for getting me over the final hurdle.
Glad to help!!

Congrats on the swap!

So those with an automatic.... Does the new drag mode do anything with the 6r80?

Quick question, the IPC is the cluster it self, when you pull it up in forscan, right. so your programming the new cluster in the car as the IPC?

Do you need to program anything in the SCCM?

The -LB cluster seems to have the oil temp gauges and the -ALC cluster has the text line gauges. Really odd...
curious, but are you able to show any pictures of the differences? i am wondering what the visual differences between the two are as the one i got is the -ALC.

i ordered my gauge cluster but i overestimated mileage because i didnt think it would show up in less than a week. i have to drive another 400 miles so i can swap in the cluster at the right mileage. at that point ill download this forscan and try to figure out how it works so when i do get around to doing the swap, i can get it done right. ive got all the parts i need, just need the miles on the car to be close to the new cluster. time to get driving!

I too am interested in the difference between the two clusters. Also, has anyone else had the inop oil pressure gage? Fixes? Can that gauge be customized out if theres no current fix? My PP has one on the dash anyway, but I'd hate to have to steer at a dead gauge while driving.

Side note, Forscan and Windows tablet that were recommended both ordered and will arrive Tuesday with the cluster. Also, if anyone has one of the LHD cluster trim pieces they're willing to sell, I'll pay a premium for it, even if its already been installed. Don't feel like leaving my car half assembled while I wait a month for it and my mileage is getting close to the 11,825 mark.

NO Physical difference. The ONLY difference is with the digital gauges.
zero_chance - I'd try messing with your 720-06-01. Maybe PM DanMc85 and ask if he can look it up in the table for you.

I have 3 of those trim pieces on order... I have a lot of people buying clusters pre-programmed from me right now. Thats the longest lead time part.
