2018 Clear Coat Extremely Soft?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has noticed their clear coat is extremely soft with the 2018's or possibly S550's as a whole (though I can't speak to that). I was able to leave a small, permanent mark on the clear coat with light pressure from my fingernail, though I was later able to remove it with Meguiar's ScratchX. As you might imagine, that's kind of annoying; that means pretty much anything can scratch the clear coat of the car.
I have the Royal Crimson paint and as you might imagine, I really would like to keep it in good condition.

Anyone else noticed this issue?

Definitely. The ONLY things allowed to touch my car are all made out of microfiber, and I still catch sight of super-fine hairline scratches in the hood when I have the big fluorescent light on in the garage. On the upside, it won't take much effort to buff them out.

Yes i also noticed that and actually did the same, a little rub and gone away.

My Infiniti was the same. Part of why I wanted PPF and ceramic coat.
