If it is there it is on the side of the plastic cover for the charcoal canister.I couldnt find the plug on my 301a
Where is the charcoal canister? If it is there it is on the side of the plastic cover for the charcoal canister.
It’s bolted under the spare tire well. The harness is on the left side.Where is the charcoal canister?
Can anyone with a 400a/401a follow that harness back to check if the harness runs into the vehicle harness or if it’s another additional clipped on harness for the exhaust we’d need to purchase.
Yea no wiring anywhere around there for the 300a/301a pack. It’s bolted under the spare tire well. The harness is on the left side.
Thanks for sharing that. I kept forgetting to cross post that into this thread after I asked. If anyone is still looking for the part number for the pigtails that come out of the motor itself, according to Benny from Levittown Ford, it's JR3Z-14A411-H (you'll need qty. 2). Unfortunately, it's backordered until 2-AUG.

Yeah, that's the same answer my local dealership came up with too.FISHTAIL,
I checked with Benny @ Levittown, as of now they are not available they are a non-serviceable part. Ford did the same thing with the GT350 actuators but they are now available. In my searches I found BMW (18-30-8-632-154)- Valve Assembly motor (it looks the same I'm still checking). I think its more of an on/off motor versus running off the PCM like the 18 active motors do.
How much does Levittown want for the mufflers? I may have to take a ride there to get them. Expensive to ship.FISHTAIL,

I got them for like $350, and Benny hooked me up on shipping. How much does Levittown want for the mufflers? I may have to take a ride there to get them. Expensive to ship.
Benny is the parts guy there? I am going to give him a call. I am relatively local to them and I can go pick them up.I got them for like $350, and Benny hooked me up on shipping.

Appreciate if anybody does this :cheers:Can one of the 400a/401a guys try to follow that plug end to see if it runs to another plug? Trying to see if maybe that one came be added or if Ford just decided to use a completely different harness for those packages.
