So let me get this straight. Youre mad at ford for honoring their powertrain Warranty...
And you are refusing to have your car repaired unless they do it on your terms...
No where in the agreement does it stipulate that ford has to tear down the engine or give you A break down about what happened. All they owe you is a replacement motor.
Take the engine and move on... You're being super unreasonable sorry to be blunt.
Plus you May not WANT them to tear down the motor. It could have failed due to an assembly mistake or due to YOU not letting the engine get to operating temps, or not monitoring your oil pressure and temps, or lugging the motor, or excessive idling, or improper break in...
Regardless of how it failed, it failed. Fords doing the right thing So please just accept victory and move on. Companies look for literally any reason to deny warranties.
If you aren't happy with your car sell the car and get a Corolla.
