2017 GT SCTx4 O2 not ready

This has been a journey. To buy time, car is in wife’s name. But I need a solution that works. I need O2 monitors to ready. So far, no luck. Everything works. The o2 threw a light before spacers. Right now, local tuner tuned car with SCT flash.
So, car is 2017 GT Manual. 18 mani, lu47 inj, jlt Cai. Imrc lockout, 18 tb kooks headers with cats. Corsa cat back exhaust.
runs great. Just can’t pass in Illinois. What a pain. I’m daily driving right now hoping it passes soon.

I’m going to see if the tuner can check his end. It’s bizarre it takes this long.

they have not set. I'm not sure what the next step is.
Anyone have any luck with any other tuners?

I bet Robotrianer would agree the issue could be the cats are in a different location that stock and the o2 sensors know it.

I bet Robotrianer would agree the issue could be the cats are in a different location that stock and the o2 sensors know it.
I think there are alot of things at play. I think the PCM has a narrow window of whats acceptable. It could be a stack up. Converter slightly less efficient. Too much flow through the converter, location causing the converter to not heat up enough, or too slow or too quick a transition from hot to cold to hot, rear O2 sensors not hot enough or too slow heating up.

Could be anyone or combination of the above creating the issue. It appears it works for some and not others.

Thanks for those replies. I wish there was an easier answer. I might have to look into successful tuners with this issue. I have no issue with my local guy, except this.
I've read all sorts of things, one being SCT has theirs set at 250mph to set. seems odd. I am once again running out of time to get this to pass.

Had and still have the same issue. Luckily for me NC allows a waiver in such situations. Its just a hassle.

I think you are right. Even though the temp is inferred, I noticed the OEMs show the cats hotter than the Gesi cats
