This has been a journey. To buy time, car is in wife’s name. But I need a solution that works. I need O2 monitors to ready. So far, no luck. Everything works. The o2 threw a light before spacers. Right now, local tuner tuned car with SCT flash.

This is not anything I'm capable of checking. I do know that I was getting the P0430 code for the O2s. That tells me they are on. It doesn't take long for the 5 monitors to get ready.
this is where I'm at again:
MIL status - off
Misfire Monitor - ok
Fuel System Mon - ok
Comp. Component - OK...
The spark plug defoulers are drilled out to just over a 1/2 in diameter to fit the O2 sensor, acting as a spacer. The tip of the O2 sensor sits just at the tip of the opening (at the bung). Stock O2 sensors, no cable extensions or anything needed for a 17
D-mark and he’s confident it’ll pass. I’m just runnin out of good days to get it ready for emissions in Illinois.
It runs great. I just have been trying a little over a week now. Maybe 9 days. My commute is 70 miles round trip a day. It should’ve been ready by now.
Just got back. Followed this as close as possible. IAT was over 45, and I went 60 for 10 miles, turned around and went 60 in 4th gear for another 10 miles. No brakes, no nothing. Set cruise and went.
Did the stop and go driving first. None of the 3 remaining monitors set. I’ll try again...
The car has sat for 24 hours. And it has just over 1/2 of a tank of fuel. I’ll attempt to get the O2’s ready and evap. Thank you for your help. Wish me luck

So, as the title state, had a tune done. Tuner says O2 will be ready eventually. Tried to follow the drive cycle in the owners manual, and a different one I found on here. Few things about the car. 17 Gt 6spd with 18 mani, locked imrc, 47lb injectors, Kooks catted long tube headers, O2 defoulers...

How did you determine what size splitter rods to use?
