That system is not setup to work with the 2017 GT350 Mustang. It is not reliable for our model year. The only way you can find out is by calling your dealer or by calling Ford.

It doesn't work all that well for 16's either,,, lol it won't recognize my 16 witch is in production now.:cheers:

I was under the impression that the cotus system didn't work either for 2017

COTUS isn't supposed to work at all,password protected now, but I've been able to trick my way into it. Only works when using my iPhone not my home PC?

It's actually two different systems probably in the same "pool" on their load balancing device. Sometimes you get one, sometimes you get the other. A refresh doesn't necessarily fix it because the site is either cached in your browser or their load balancer assigns you to a "session" for a certain amount of time.

The way around it is to try different browsers. If it doesn't work in IE, try Firefox. Try:
wwwqa.ordertracking.ford.com
then
wwwqa.cotus.ford.com
in each browser. Chances are you'll hit one that works.

Some will find out tomorrow as scheduling is tonight, allocation wed. Friday we usually get the news. I hope yours is one of them!

For what it is worth my 2017 R is still scheduled for production during the week of May 30th.

That being the case this should be good news for the rest of you that have early production scheduled 2017 cars as well!

I called Ford yesterday and was told that my order was "In Processing" status. No other info available. Today, i decided to call back, and my status hasn't changed, but I now have a VIN assigned :clap2:
