Ford told me that I would have to call the dealer to get VIN

That's weird. The person I spoke to just gave the VIN to me. i didn't even ask specifically for it. I guess it just depends on who you get on the phone.

Ford told me they do not assign VIN's until the car is scheduled for production. Your car may be very close to being scheduled.

I think, if the bosses over there don't get HR001, you'll be getting it! That would be killer, but anything in the top 10 would be IMO.

No luck with mine. One says unscheduled clean and the other one FP says there is a complication tag on it. So called my dealer and he said everything looked fine. I then changed my color of that car, dropping LB for TY.

They start 17s in a couple weeks. His is a 16 and winding down toward the end. Dont know if they have a break between MYs. Wont be long if they do.

But I think the last of the 16's I seen posted was into 2nd week of June. Can't imagine the 17's would be run till than. Would think an late July early August would be the first for delivery.
