That definitely would not suck!
I would prefer not to try and drive a new GT350 back to GA from Michigan in the winter. :(

I'm wondering if I should be concerned that something changed. Deysha had said my production date was going to be 6/24 but I am still not showing a window sticker or any information on the Ford order tracking system. I have a VIN assigned and my priority said 1 on the DORA.

We know that the last R delivered last year was mid nov. It is said they wont ship the cup2 tires in below, what, 40 degrees? Maybe northern states will get their cars first. Only problem for me is both my cars are coming from a place they dont have 40 degree weather LOL.
Maybe the drop ship location will speed it up
Would be awesome if they fit all 17 MY in before year 17

Forgot about the cup2s in the cold! Free the Rs before November (please)! And the non Rs for that matter too!

I don't mind that my car may not get built until next year, no problem at all, but at least give me a clean status, possibly a build quarter?

There were a couple 350R's picked up here so it wont be to long and the 6 or 7/day will get pumped out again. Maybe starting to ramp it up a week after the July 4th holiday as many take vacation then.

So my car was scheduled June 23 for a build day 07-21-2016.

Here is my VIN

1FA6P8JZ8H5521084

The car is
GT350 non R
Magnetic
Convenience pack
No stripe

I was having a hard time deciphering the color code in the VIN. Does that VIN look correct to you guys for my specs ?

You can't discern color or any options from the VIN. Basically the only thing the VIN gives away is if it is base or R (1FA6P vs 1FATP) and the model year (F, G, H).

You can call Ford Performance at 800-FORD-SVT and they can confirm the build configuration if you're that worried about it. Otherwise, just wait and pull the window sticker on the Friday before the build.
