Hey, so I've recently noticed my main both brake lights don't work, the third top one works fine, so it can't be the switch. Taillights and turn lights work fine. I've tried disconnecting the battery, that didn't work, I've tried disconncting the lights and that didnt help either. No codes when checking the bcm. Any ideas what that could be?

There’s 2 thread that may help:

Brake pedal switch failure. There’s a big thread on it here:

There's been quite a few M6G members having that failure and if it happens, report it to NHTSA.

If the info in that thread isn’t helpful regarding resetting the BCM or replacing it, then a new taillight is the only other option.

Tails can be found on eBay or the classifieds on here for decent prices. Do not pay Ford retail prices that are upwards of $700+ for a single taillight assembly.
