This is all over the infotainment section. There are aftermarket options (TomTop, Moddiction, Sintegrate, Raxiom) and even factory MFT/Sync3 kits that a user named OEMRadio sells.
Best bang for your buck is the TomTop, at the moment.

Pay attention when you go looking. They are all mostly cheap Chinese junk that cost as 5 times what they should considering they are glitchy and don't have any RCA outputs for aftermarket speakers.

You can get a complete Sync3 8" conversion from forum member OEMRadio http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=48275. This thread seems to have the most information on upgrading your factory infotainment system. The OEM Sync3 8" upgrade from OEMRadio seems to be the best upgrade. However this is the most expensive option but it gets you the same system offered in Ecoboost & GT Premium S550's. Look at post 50 on this thread. You should PM OEMRadio if you are interested in this upgrade to get the details on this upgrade

PM OEMRadio with that question, I am just passing on information about where you can get the OEM 8" infotainment system upgrade at a price well below the list price. I have a GT Premium S550 with the 401A package and have not work on my system so I don't know the details about the system. Also if read through the link above that question might be answered.
