Getting back to the question at hand ...
For 2016 it was either with the Track Pack or with the Electronics Package, but not both.

Onto the next concern ...
Yes, MSRP can get up to $60k depending on options for a 2016 Track Pack.
Base '16 with Track Pack is around $54.5k
Destination: $900
GG Tax: $1.3k
OTT: $475
ext., ext.
Also, they might have included the Ford 7 year/75k mile extended warranty. That is optional and runs around $2.5k.

Simple research brother ...
It's not possible 57840 is a triple yellow track with the cover. The only other option it might have is the black roof. Research is indeed simple.

Well, it looks like today is not the day. Disappointment after disappointment:

- You call the salesman 4 times to get the window sticker, each time he says he will send it but he never does.
- Of the 4 times you speak to the sales man, it requires 10 phone calls because the dealer's phone line is busy or no one answers the phone (this is the main reception!)
- I finally find the window stickers and the cars are technology package. Even after having to ask him to confirm and confirm and confirm again on the phone to not to waste my time, I find out all his 2016 cars are technolgy package.

The sales experience at a Ford dealer is probably the only thing that is worse than shopping at Walmart.

And I ended up taking a day off for no reason! So disappointed:(

Don't single Ford out for bad sales. I've never had a good cars buying experience.

Infiniti didn't want to give me the time of day. Didn't end up buying from them because he didn't even want to tell me about the 6MT G37 that I found online.

Nissan didn't give me the splitter that was part of the package I bought. I bought this one because Infiniti was a jerk.

MAS delayed, delayed, delayed my car and only delivered it after I deployed. Still waiting to drive that one

So is it safe to say that the 2017 model really solves most of the concerns of the 16?

It appears to me that the track back with manga ride and coolers, along with the tech pack are all standard? Am I wrong in saying that?

Is the 2017 the best of all worlds?

I ask only because there seems to be a lot of griping about the different types of 16's.

What was the 2016 Track Package has now become standard equipment.

I.e. All 2017 GT350s will have Magride, Trans/Diff coolers.

If you want to upgrade the interior features you have some choices.

So yes, the heat issues inherent in the 2016 Base/Tech GT350s have been addressed with making the coolers standard.

If you are looking at a 2016 GT350 and are worried about heat, then get a track package car. But you will not have Nav or leather.

The track package is standard on the 2017s. The electronics or convenience package is 3k. So the reported over heating of the 2016 techs is a thing of the past.

Here is a pro tip. If a dealer has a 2016 left on the lot, it was a dealer ordered car and should show in their inventory. Simply go to ford.com, search for inventory, type in the zip of the suspect dealer and hit search. If its not sold, its VIN, MSRP, and window sticker will all be at your disposal. No need to take a day off work or set yourself up for disappointment.

I find it hard to believe after 6 months of trolling this site you still have not figured out how to do this or what the pricing and options are for the car.

I know how to do all of that, I spoke to this person 4(FOUR) times and had him confirm to me 2(TWO) times that car had recaro seats. To remove the factor of ignorance/lack of knowledge on the packages, I delibaretly used the words "check to see if it has recaro seats NOT the sofa seats", he said yes and yes twice. I had no reason to doubt him initially only after not getting the window sticker today I went in to search on my own and found the car on their site.

A track is usually 56k if you see a car above 58k it's a tech. If you build a car on the Ford site and talk to a agent they can search your area for you

First of all, you don't deal with a common salesman. Always ask to speak to a sales manager. The regular sales people usually don't know anything. Its going to wind up in the GM's or sales manager's lap anyway

Second, All your questions can be answered via the resources stated above (inventory, window sticker, etc)

The only thing you should be calling about is availability and asking price.

krt22 nailed it.

You missed the pro-tip. Use the search function FIRST so you don't waste your time talking to guys who don't know what they are selling.:doh::doh:

Instead of insulting my intelligence, I wish at least one person would help me find a car:(

He just did. The ford inventory web page is the best tool in the bag. Do you wish to be spoon fed or are you just looking for people to do all the work for you? Step away from the forum and go there now. Go to a zip code map on the web and get to work.

Don't come back until you give it an honest try.

He is trying to help you. All of the window stickers are available to look at online.
