Deysha responded and provided me with an update on my order....Thanks to her, I now know when it is due. WIll probably, if all goes right, have it the week of 27th sometime. Hats off to Deysha for doing such an amazing job.

Would be nice if my car comes early. Ford Service 800 number said 24-30th delivery. Deysha said 30th (probably best to give latest day to be safe). If it doesn't come by Friday, I won't be able to get it for two weeks since I will be out of town for work.

DITTO! I believe everyone on this thread is grateful to Deysha, and have even told her so. But, how about letting her supervisor know what a great job she’s done for all of us? Not an e-mail, but take a few minutes to write down your thoughts and snail mail them to her supervisor:

How many times have you contacted a customer service person about a sale, a defect, or even just for some information and instead gotten customer NO sevice? Deysha has ALWAYS gotten back to me, almost always the same day. If not, the next day for sure. And even if to say she had no further information.

^^^^this 1000 times, also on a smaller scale, i would like to point out
how great Mathew ( Fordservice CA ) has been for us Canucks on this site of the fence. He must have gotten at least 100 PM's just from me. :thumbsup: Thanks

IIRC the last breakdown by engine was around 40% GT, ~40% EcoBoost, and ~20% V6 base.

Huge thumbs up for Deysha and thanks for the address, I will certainly send a letter thanking her.
Now here is my question; my dealer told me that my build week is 9/28 and provided me with a VIN. Out of nowhere today, Deysha sent me a PM (I didn't even bug her this time!) she gave me the VIN and said that it was 'just sent into the plant for production today'. Does that mean it was built today, or that the info was sent to the plant to prep for the blend? She gave me a link for a window sticker which should be live Wednesday. I assume I'll know for sure Wednesday, by the blend date. Either way it's awesome customer service, hoping it might have gone in today, but either way it's progressing so I'm happy.
So think it was built today? Or scheduling?

Brand new to these forums, so greetings to all. It's been about 10 years since I've had a pony so incredibly excited to be back!!!

I have seen a lot of incredibly detailed discussions about using COTUS, reading the info, etc.... You guys rock.

Does anyone know what build times from order date are looking like right now? The order was only placed last Monday, 9/14, so not showing up on COTUS yet, but already I'm looking for information! And how long until it does show up on there?

She IS the best! Info was sent to the plant today. You'll have to wait for Santa until Wednesday though. Blend date will be on the window sticker, as well as method of shipment. Here's a partial copy of mine:



The Blend Date is "1" (check digit) Year, Month, Day. The 4 digit number AFTER the blend date is the build number, which has absolutely no meaning to you or me. It's my understanding the number sequence goes up to "9999" then starts over. That number is the actual build order on the line.

Method of Shipment will be on the bottom of the sticker and marked as "CONVOY" (by truck from Flat Rock) or "RAIL" to the nearest rail unloading facility.

The wait... THE HORROR! Even after it's built, the wait won't be over. Mine's been sitting in Area 51 at Flat Rock... tomorrow makes 2 weeks!

I placed my order on 7/8 and it's still not showing in cotus! It's just a beta program, I don't think it works for anyone. As everyone will say, PM Deysha from Ford Customer Service and she'll keep you up to date. Congrats and hope for a quick and quality build for you.

So far I don't think anyone who ordered a 2016 has been able to track it yet. I haven't been successful in it coming up with anything

Welcome to the forum... and welcome to the WAIT! A little better than a WAG is 6 to 8 weeks now that they're running retail builds down the line.

BTW... forget COTUS! I ordered on 6/12, and in July it showed my order as an F150 Platinum to be delivered to my dealer. Guys who ordered 2015s had mixed luck with it, and to my knowledge, no one with a 2016 order has received anything from COTUS. Best bet: Send a private message to "FordService" (Deysha) in this thread along with info from your priced DORA that you should have received from the dealer. You'll need to send her your 1) Customer order number, 2) Dealer code or name, 3) Your last name, 4) options you ordered and colors. #4 isn't necessary for her, but with that info, she can double check to make certain your order is in the system the way you ordered it. Pronounced: "To make sure that the dealer didn't screw up the order". She WILL get back to you... wait times for replies have increased now that retail orders are going full bore and COTUS "Still has a few bugs in the system" :lol::lol::lol:

This may help and answer some questions you may have about ordering. It's about Ford Trucks, but the order/scheduling/deliver process is the same:
