2016 Mustang Order Question

I was actually told they are going to start changing over or kicking back some orders. Apparently there is to many 15's in que to keep to schedule. We will see what happens but some of my orders are taking way to long to get pulled right now. I know some locations have already been told they can't order any more 15's as of last week.

I was given 15 (fifteen) 2015 Mustangs for June production at our last wholesale meeting with Ford and I've only had a few of those scheduled so far, so I can still order at least ten more '15's for my store. I'm sure I'm not the only store with remaining allocation for '15's.

Your dealer is probably using Ford's latest ordering software (WBDO), which doesn't show '16's yet. However, Ford's older ordering software (CONCEPS) is still functional and has the ability to order '16 Mustangs already. Tell your dealer to order your car via CONCEPS.

They are telling me some 15 stock orders will not be fulfilled.

This is true for stores with no more allocation for June production.

16 Orders ? Do you have to have your PIN to order? When I go to the Ford Site to generate my PIN, the 2016 Model Year does not show up in the drop downs.

I can assure you that '16 Mustang orders can already be placed in Ford's order banks. I've been ordering a bunch of them already (I do all the ordering for a large volume Ford/Lincoln dealership). '15 Mustang orders can still be input until May 28th, so there's a 2 week overlap to order either model year.
