2016 Mustang GT P2251 + P2254 Code

Any help with this? Going to be changing both O2 sensors soon. Trying to finish my tuning but can't with these codes as im not getting AFR readings plus it says I get a OL - Fault code. Any help?

Check wiring as it's for both sides up stream .
