Hey so I have a CEL for code P2254 Open Bank 2, Sensor 1.

I've already changed the O2 sensor, code didn't go away, I've changed the O2 extensions, code didn't go away, I changed the battery, code didn't go away (I knew it wouldn't after this issue, but figured I'd at least mention it, the battery needed to be changed anyways) and I've tried just clearing the code but it always comes back

It has a LUND Racing 93 tune, they said it's not a tune issue, the exact email Lund sent was

" Its not a tune issue. Its something either 02 extensions or a faulty 02 . Current/ circuit sounds like a connection issue. Either dead or extensions are different gauge wire than the actual 02 which is causing a circuit reading issue. "

As Lund says, it can be dead or extensions, well, I replaced the extensions, the O2 sensors are getting read properly according to MIDAS and the gauge wire is the same from what I can tell at least.

It's got Corsa Extreme Long Tube Headers, 18 Intake Manifold, Magnaflow exhaust with 3" pipes, Lund 93 tune, and a PMAS CAI.

I'm at a loss now as to what this issue is, I've taken it to MIDAS, they told me everything is working the way it should, O2 sensors are reading properly. They told me to go to a specific shop nearby that specifies in Mustangs, called Palmetto Pony Parts because they need to add a delete kit on the long tube headers, without it the code will always be there.

But the issue is, I've ran this car for a year on those long tubes without this check engine light, so if that was the case, the CEL should have been on that whole time since I put long tubes in.

If ANYONE has any input on this, I'd greatly appreciate it, I'm at a complete and total loss as to what the hell to do anymore.

For some context, this started when hooking up new subwoofers in the back since my old ones blew. Replaced some blown JL Audio subs, with a new Alpine Type R subwoofer, and shortly after that this code started. I only say this because if the two are related I have absolutely no clue. I've tried unplugging the subs completely though and the code stays on

The only thing left I can think of is a broken/pinched wire somewhere but I don't even know where to BEGIN, that could be ANYWHERE right?

When the O2 sensor was replaced was it replaced with an OEM sensor?
