2015 mustang gt throwing lean code and p2251.

Hey guys. I have a 2015 mustang gt with longtubes. Anyways my car is throwing a p2251 code o2 sensor negative control circuit open bank one sensor. So I know that's my passenger side o2 cause that is where cylinder one is. I had to replace all spark plugs expecially bank one cause they were fried. I just replaced o2s a month ago. So I ordered another passenger wideband o2 hopping it will fix the AFR from staying on 20. Hoping this will fix. Next thing will be injectors. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't have the o2 at a 45 degree angle and read that it can damage them if not placed rite. If you have any advice let me know. Thanks

My car threw the P2251 code this morning and that was the only DCT that popped up. Did replacing the passenger side O2 fix your issue? I have LTH and had no issues for over a year, car has 46K mile on it. Started the car this morning and had a check engine light. Haven't got under the car yet, just doing some research. Thanks
