I have a full bolt on catless mustang gt tuned by a local speed shop and tried to do emmision inspection yesterday my heater 02 sensor wont set . Anyone had the same issue? Thanks for the help

Ask your tuner if they disabled the rear O2 sensors in the tune, I'm sure he did because you're catless.
