My understanding is it's completely different hardware, so an upgrade isn't possible. So I guess the 15s are going to be be screwed out of sync 3 or will we get some sort of upgrade free of charge
There aren't any aftermarket rigs for any vehicles with MyFordTouch installed. Not saying there will never be but I looked often for one to put in my 2011 Explorer and then again out of interest for my 2014 Explorer (But Sync works well in it) and no one makes anything. Now if you have just the base Sync setup, there are a few options out there. Of course anything is possible with time, money, skill, and patience.Honestly no there's so many aftermarket screens that retain the factory look and are a nice upgrade it wouldn't be practical but still would be nice to have that option lol
When I ordered my '07 Mustang in early August '06, it was delivered on September 11, 2006. (The date stuck with me) Not sure how long it takes to deliver a new pony now, but you can count on them closing the order books by mid 2015, with '16 MY units arriving 6-8 weeks later. When will info be released and when will the 16 cars hit the lot?
Ahahaha. I Lol'ed.For working in technology you sure are dumb about it - all updates are downloaded THEN installed.
So what if you lose connectivity? It'll resume downloading when a connection is available.
PREACHThe only upgrade Ford needs to offer in 2016 is grabber blue deliciousness.
wow! if this is true, then i will wait until 16 to get a stang. I really want the PP on a Gt auto!My 2016 prediction --> Sync3, new exterior color options, Performance Package fitted with auto transmission, new rear spoiler, and different rims - color & appearance.
With the GT350 coming, doubt much emphasis of HP gains on the 5.0
