Are you saying that with the 2016 you'll only get Sync3 if you get the premium package? I seriously doubt that.If you get the top base radio, you will have sync2
If you get the bottom premium radio you will have sync3
I would have to agree. I don't see them keeping Sync2.Are you saying that with the 2016 you'll only get Sync3 if you get the premium package? I seriously doubt that.
Edit: OK, I went back and read what people are saying about this. Maybe it's true but I have a hard time believing it.
No. Everything on their ordering spec info says sync2.Τhanks for the feedback. Did you also notice any change regarding Ford Sync 3?
From my experience, I think heating is on the back and bottom, but cooling is only on the bottom. At least that's what I feel.has there been any mention about the heated and cooled seats going up to the back side?
:hail:Sync 3 is the most advanced system ever:hail: , it also adds 50 HP as well. Cars with sync 2 will be pretty much worthless. I am planning on trading my car in just so I can get sync 3.Why should I care if it's Sync 2 or 3? As long as it plays music I'm good.
If you had Apollo technology in your dashboard then you would still be listening to your tunes on an 8track! lolI just want something I can listen to music on, please.
I don't need Apollo technology in my dashboard.
Pretty much this haha:hail:Sync 3 is the most advanced system ever:hail: , it also adds 50 HP as well. Cars with sync 2 will be pretty much worthless. I am planning on trading my car in just so I can get sync 3.

Either way, i don't think there's going to be a change in that matter. The same seats should be carried over to the next year model.
I don't think anybody is complaining about Sync3, I think people are just thinking it's pretty dumb to make a decision of a car purchase based on what more or less useless infotainment system it is going to have. For some people (including me) it's just a very small piece of the whole vehicle, as long as it plays music (which it does) and receives phone calls though BT connected phone (does as well), it really doesn't make a diference what number is beside word "Sync", what operating system it is based on and what is the response time of the touchscreen. It's obvious it is going to be nicer, but there are people out there that don't really care, they'd rather have fun driving their cars half a year earlier. Why do so many of you have issues with Sync 3? It is a fact that Ford has had a lot of issues with the current Myfordtouch. There are class action lawsuits, documented drops in consumer reliability, known problems with the responsiveness of the system, etc. So many problems that Ford has decided to ditch Microsoft and go to QNX.
So now they are introducing a better system and people complain that they are changing it to try to improve it? Kinda backwards thinking, don't you think?
