2015 right rear brake noise?? HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone, the OEM pads have a chamfer, and the second set also have a chamfer the Hawk pads did not, but they were added. Pad brackets or clips are installed. I'll try but the vibration is so crazy I do not think grease will dampen it. Thanks Randy

Forgot to mention that that side has had 4 new calipers installed with no change.

And rotors were moved to other side to see if the noise fallows the rotor, but it did not.

Right now, it isn't doing it but it's only a matter of time, I trailered it home and haven't driven it yet. Just a little drifting down my driveway when I took it off the trailer.

Here are the brakes I'm going to install when it starts again. The thought is that the pads are held in differently. This will be after I try the pad clips from a F250, they will hold the pads away from the rotor. This is a long shot, but I have nothing to lose, even if I covert it to a race/track car only it doesn't mean the issue goes away.

How frustrating, good luck discovering the root cause. I've been considering the Willwood kit as a pricy splurge, mostly because floating calipers on a performance scream cheap. If you go with the Wilwood kit, please post installation feedback, I saw a video that looked like the E-Brake cable routing was kinked?

I have to say it sounds like a piece of sheet metal vibrating at its natural frequency. I know you've trouble shot this thing to death, but it still doesn't sound like any brake problem I've ever heard. Rear splash plate maybe?​

Hello Jim, I haven't had the chance to get it back up in the air since I picked it up. The noise is slowly coming back and only low speeds, but history has shown that it will do it more and more the next few times I drive it. I'll give an update after I try a few things and looking at all shields and plates will in the things I look at. Thanks Randy
