Hi everyone, I have a 2020 GT, and recently I’ve noticed a clunking noise coming from the front right suspension. It happens every time I brake at slow speeds. I’ve recently had to drive on some rough roads which may have put something out of place. I’ve only owned it for 2 weeks now and it’s just ticked over 50,000 kms. Any help and guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you.

torn spring insulator or loose shock nuts. I'd start there.

Jack that corner up and support the car well. Then grab the tire top & bottom and give it a hard wiggle to see if you can duplicate the noise. Then do the same side to side. While it's in the air look underneath at the ball joints and bushings for damage. And take a pry bar to everything to see if there's any unusual play at all the joints and bushings.

Since only happens while braking could be shifting brake pads, work control arms (5 min remove at ball joint see of loose use loctite reinstalling), check endlinks 85 ft lb torque, and top strut torques. Check lug nuts 150 ft lb torque. Cheque caliper bolt torque 85 ft lb torque.

May have had aftermarket parts removed for resale and new OE not torques properly or loctite.
