I checked wwwqa.cotus.ford.com as well, and missing from there. That's why I say it's likely a DB thing, the sites are working, just not pulling in data.

Anyhow, perhaps they're working on adding build date information since the 'in processing' description indicates cotus should be able to display it.

Probably were just doing maintenance on the DB. A lot of places do that on Sundays.

Come on ford. Ordered on 5/27 and still no Vin. I know its a retail order and dealer latter put in a matching stock order so I get whatever comes in first but sure would like to see my car before it snows. Hurry Please...

COTUS shows a VIN, but doesn't show a scheduled date on my car.

However, my dealer said it's scheduled tentatively for 10/6. I ordered 7/22.

Too soon, my build is also 10/6 and doesn't show on cotus.

My dealer ended up doing the same thing!
Ordered May 20th as Xplan
He ordered a twin without the Xplan on 9/9 and I got my VIN assigned the following day

When launching a completely new vehicle, there are always hiccups whether it's supply chain, manufacturing, solar flares, whatever.

As they say...patience is a virtue.
