This is my first order I have placed. I am getting the gt in the deep impact blue. I orders on 7/9 still no vin prolly due to the fact I ordered from a smaller dealer. But still stoked.

Now that all the assembly line start up is running smoothly it shouldn't take so long.

I'm in a similar boat - ordered Ecoboost Premium on 7/28 from a small dealer, and no VIN so far :(

I got my VIN on Thursday! My buddy got his too. The really cool thing is our VIN are next to each other! Even though we ordered 6 weeks apart.

I ordered a GT Premium (401A) with performance package, manual trans, extra security package, red line premier interior, all weather pony floor mats.
Black car, 10% window tint, black 19" wheels (included with performance pkg). Interior is black with red seating surfaces and accent stitching.
Trying to get my order number from the salesman so I, can find my build date.
I'll share when I get it.

You won't get one until a vin gets assigned and that won't happen until maybe Oct 16 if you are luckier than the ones who ordered in May and still don't have one[emoji42]

Yep, scheduling is suspended from Oct. 2nd until the 16th, at which point converts will also be thrown into the schedule.

I ordered my Triple Yellow GT Premium on 8/19, got my VIN this past Saturday with a tentative build date of the week of October 27th and possible delivery mid-November. FYI, my build date was moved ahead of 3 other Mustangs Yokum Ford ordered before mine, because apparently Ford's running low on bits for some popular options, and the only two I ordered were the spare tire/wheel combo (natch) and the 68B Premier Trim (although no one can tell me what the 68B accent trim color is in a black interior).
Time to order snow tires — I live in PA, and last winter was NASTY.

I just checked 5 mins ago, still no VIN. Ordered with $1K deposit on 6/1/14 with an official submitted order on 7/11.

I don't know if they are just blowing smoke but my dealer told me 8-12 weeks for delivery and probably closer to 8 than 12....
