Mike, I can do both jobs. Not a problem. I agree that the Dynamat should go in regardless of installing a Subwoofer or not. I need an 8th day of the week .

Mike, It's all about the my budget. I have to choose between the subwoofer and amp or an exhaust system. U have to decide which "sound" is most important!!
