OK that was my next question.. I obviously have to put in a better transmission because I wanna doo some sort of induction any thoughts on a good transmission and how big of converter should I get?

You don’t need a different transmission. Until you go at least over 700/650, the stock 6R80 is plenty stout. Converter choice will entirely depend on your setup and goals.
