Have you taken action yet? If not it is time to do so. This is a list of things that need to be done.

1- File a complaint with NHTSA. USMCO341 link at post #847.

2- Send Mark Fields an email. lemers link at post #826.

3-Call Ford Performance 1-800-367-3788. It was suggested the calls would be made in mass on Sept. 12th. How do you guys feel about that date?

4-Submit a story to Ford Social. The more submissions they get the better. It may draw some attention even if they don't print it.

Posting on this forum alone will not be enough to get our issue fixed. We all need to get the above list completed.

Never tried. I typically use FB messenger to stay in touch.

If you set up a gmail account, you can use it to place calls for free to the US. It allows you to establish a phone number from your end as well. Worse case, you may have to use a VPN. Won't hijack this thread any further, other than to say it's worth doing. I use it all the time and it works great, plus it's my favorite price...free!

Skype works well, but is not free when calling a non-skype account. Google is the best I've found for calling the States.

No, and I apologize to all for interrupting. My order for a MY16 Tech was cancelled and my dealer gave me his only MY17 allocation. I DO support what you all are doing and hope you get some acceptable resolution for the issue.
