They look much better in person. It's really bright and white and the L-Shape is really sharp and not as diffuse as in the video. Wasn't able to get good shots of it on camera.
Got mine for 140€, was a nice price drop on amazon for a while. Just keep an eye on it

I wanted a legal solution for white DRLs in germany and that is the only one. I will get the tribars too, but legally they are not allowed to be used as DRLs, so I still think about how I will use them. They are legal if you use them dimmed as parking lights, that are allowed while driving. But I guess I have to use a switch for changing modes (off, dimmed, DRL, Showmode)

If you're going to install the RGBW boards from DiodeDynamics, you really don't need to have a "dimmed" option as they are really not bright enough. In a sunny day, you can't even see if they are on or off...

To switch them off, on the remote you have an On/Off button.

Any idea if it is hard to install as I am a complete noob at this.
I could ask my dealer too but car is only just in and I want to go and get it asap so probably no time to order these and have them in time at the garage (I am not the only customer so it would postpone even more delivery)

Delivery from the reseller missed my other MODs install timeframe last week. They were delivered at my Ford store and will pick them up today. See if I can install them by myself tomorrow. Keep you posted

That Osram looks too hard for me to install it myself so this would be an easier solution. If you know by tomorrow And it is not ok I might still be able to order the Osram and ask the dealer if they can install in time.

Got them in and they look identical to the Ausie ones (but other ones did as well appearently..).
Opened up the mud cover, removed 4 plugs instead of 3 as explained on the Diode Dynamics website (one extra at the bottom).

Anyway could reach the plug easily but couldn't get the connector off. John or anyone who did the swap earlier, did you just use your fingers and did it got off easy ? The manual just says to pull the plug out...Don't wan't to destroy it...:shrug:

From what I remember yes, simply with the fingers. This connector was easy to remove.

Were you ale to unplug it and test the LED? If so does it work and is it bright enough?
Otherwise might no longer wait and go 4 another solution if this one is not ok.

Thx kris, will take one tonight when it is dark, but the fog bulb is still a normal h3.

They are marked with a E sign, so perfectly legal also.

I can cange a rgbw led in the parking light with my iPhone. Default is white while riding. I can change it to orange when I am at a meeting. Or cop mode! Lol
