Just got my wheels in, 18x11 square. Roughly 19.5lbs each. They clear the front AP Kit and the oem rear brakes beautifully.

This setup is shaving over 10lbs a corner compared to my P6GR setup I had previously.

I’m pairing them with 305/680/18 Continental take offs!

Here are a few pics

305/680/R18. Are you building a monster shelby? Thats a 15 foot tall tire!

Wheels look awesome. Very light too! Congrats

Not at all, these are 27” in diameter. 305/35/19 MPSS are 27.4” diameter.

These are what Kohr runs on the GT4 cars.

Thank you, I was hesitant but glad I got them.

Awesome setup! What kind of life are you getting from your take offs? How many heat cycles?
I drive pretty hard and can get about 10 heat cycles before I can feel them start to go. So 2-3 trackdays for me.

Which is about the same I got with the RE71R but these cost less than 500 a set.

Very nice! Wish the wheels fit the stock fronts brakes too.

Are the wheels square (the same front / rear)?

I know you are running a square tire on all four corners. The reason I ask is the R requires a 25 mm spacer up front to run a square set up.

Same for the non R?

***Your price of $500 for a set of tires has piqued my interest.

I would also like to know where you got that tire price lol. I just paid 1000 for hoosier r7 or whatever they are called. DOT slick 305 35 19.

nice build. also was wondering does that mean those wheels will also clear stock performance pack brakes? I am curious how much lighter they are to the mrr gt350 wheels. I have those and p6gr 5 spokes. but I like the idea of shaving 10lbs per corner.

I was going to do a 19x11.5 square until I realized that I could clear the rear oem GT350 Brakes with 18s.

I never wanted 19s so I changed my order.

Also Forgeline doesn’t make a 18x11.5 which was my first choice.

I am, I run a 30mm spacer up front.

Yes it does only if you keep the oem wheel studs I believe. I have ARP all around.

Check out usedracingtires.net or call Kohr Motorsports

Yup they will, I was one of the first to test 18” wheels on my EB PP when I installed the GT PP caliper and the AP Racing 2 piece disc.

Switching to the AP discs will save you 20lbs up front FYI.

I’m sure these are 6-7lbs lighter at least than the mrr that you have.
