18 GT vs modded Jag XF?

A friend of a friend want to race my mustang. He has a modded Jaguar XF. What's the quickest those things are running modded? My car is E85 tune only /A10. Ran 11.92/118 stock, hasn't been to the track since. I will add drag radials since he is AWD. Maybe I should add a convertor for good measure. LOL.

I have no idea what those things modded can run but I'm pretty sure the real winner is going to be his mechanic.

Is his the base or the S model? Even the stock 380 hp S model only ran 13.5 @ 105 mph in the 1/4 mile per Car and Driver. You should annihilate him unless he's heavily modded, then it might be a decent race.

Or he could have the 1st gen with supercharged 5 liter V8. Like I said be careful Because some of those cats have sharp claws.

He said it's the V6. As long as it's not a supercharged V8, it should be easy. My car ran 11.92 stock. Only an E85 tune now, but will be on drag radials. Even on the 75HP tune he probably won't break into the 11's.

Ah, didn't know that. Never mind. Unless he flattens your tires first you should get him. Don't forget to make a video of it.

And no red lights! After all, the kid who's friend owns the Jag wants to put up $2K. He is of the opinion that Mustangs suck. Friggin tuner kids.

Oh, I forgot about those. Would be a pretty decent race but the lighter and better geared A10 GT should pull away from one of those, too.

I used to want an F type but heard a lot of stories about bad reliability. Then I was watching this show (forget which one at the moment) but they were doing a car comparison and the Jaguar broke before it even made it on the track lol. That just confirmed what I was already hearing and that was it for me. They are nice looking cars though.
