I'm curious to see where you spend your time porting. That said here is my plan.
Sharp edges and seams. That's about it. I generally use modeling clay as an adapter. Not so much looking for peak flow as oppose to port equalization, which in my opinion is more important.

I've really done some research on getting the 18 Intake Mani or GT350 intake Mani. Just gonna come down to what one I get the better price on. Gonna combo it with some headers and retune. Should be noticeable improvement over 5krpms.

Looking for updates if anyone has had a chance to port their 15-17 manifold. I was thinking of doing some work on mine to match the throttle body and intake ports along with smoothing it out.

HAve you considered checking with Extrude Hone to see if they can make a significant improvement in airflow on your IM?

Due to the pressures involved with that process, I'd wager that a plastic intake would be destroyed....

I’m not sure, but it’s worth checking with them to see if it can be done and what the expected benefits might be.
