Don't feel too bad, the GT isn't all that fast either! Car and Driver only managed a 13.0 1/4 mile, and it's got 135 more horses.
Except there's multiple gts on here going mid high 12 stock, oddly enough lots with a tune running the same times. There's a few stock Eb's that are mid low 13.There should be some 6's in the high 13's.Id say all the offerings are decently quick stock. I personally can't wait for somebody to slap a boosted setup on the 6 and see what she'll do.:headbang:

With track apps or at the track? Also, there can be other factors too such as tires, wheels, surface conditions, launch technique, temperature.

My point was that running high 13 to mid 14 isn't unreasonable for the 6, especially on 20" wheels and who knows what kind of tires....

I just went back to the track today and did 5 runs. I'm happy to say I did 14! And that's with my 20 inch wheels! I do now believe it is possible to do high 13s with this car.

I took delivery in feb 2014 when the car was $52995 in Canada. The car is now $63395. There are no allocations available in Canada for 2015 C7 (sold out). Most for sale on autotrader Canada are at least $63000. Mine was an easy sell for $66000 (white w/red interior), low millage, and a few extras. There's your $13000. I guess I'm just a good negociator and the guy who wanted one right away was a dumbass.

C7 for $52995??? What the hell? In American dollars that's like $5000.00! Where can I get one. :)

But you forgot our wonderful taxes so it's more like $100000 USD

I'm not shocked that my V6 stang is slower then my C7 but the difference when you're on the track is shocking.

I'm not going to post a pic of my time slip, I'm ashamed enough as it is.

I'm not giving up on my stang because I bought the car for my DD and I do deliveries all day so a 5.0 would not have been wise. I always have another toy to play with but I'm still surprised by how slow the V6 is.

Ok maybe not stock mazda3 and civics but there were a ton there (with mods) that were in the 13s which made me feel even worse. Nothing worse then having a lot of people come around your car (I'm the only 15 there) and asking questions to finally go on the track to show off and get shown off.

Feeling ashamed at the track is for someone that hasn't been to one a lot, I mean your c7 at the track would get walked on by the civics and such when you go to my track why feel ashamed that someone bought a $3000 car and put 35,000 in it to have 900 hp,
The point im getting at is when you go to the track expect to get beaten by people with cars you would think where slow. Big pockets = fast car even if it is a civic
