My first interior upgrade, and the most important - replacing the tiny stock shifter knob with an old-school white 6-Speed Hurst shift knob, counter-sunk for reverse lock-out.
As it turns out, this the first 2015 Mustang Hurst shift knob ever made: Speed Dawg sent it out to be machined and re-tapped to fit the car for me, because Hurst knobs for 2015s are still unavailable from suppliers (thanks guys!).
Speed Dawg does stock 2-1/8" shift knobs with Ford logos to fit 2015s in black and white, ready to ship. There's a reason everyone used these in the sixties during the glory days of street racing: they just feel right.
