If you get an adapter you can use any shift knob with M12x1.25 tread. a typical stainless ball one will weight at 500gram and cost around 40-50$. I have a knob made out of natural hematite rock, weight is at around 375gram. downside is it does increase the height by an inch.

I replaced it due to the weight. A set of same size tsw bathurst replacement saved 46lbs over the stock PP wheel.

Spray paint the whole thing including the moving parts is not really a good idea. I know people have been doing it for years, but its a safety hazard.

PDR will not work since those parts are plastic, they can't bend it back like metal. But I don't think it look too bad now.

from what I have seen, nothing is a perfect match since.. all the lights are in different color coming from factory. Headlight, DRL, and fog light all in different color lol..
