Thank you! Someone linked me to this website specifically for this, I hate not being able to feel the clutch engagement point sometimes.

does doing this change the feel of the clutch back to the older mustang style, and make the clutch push back?

I did this mod after about a week of owning the car. What a difference! The clutch pedal effort did increase slightly, but the feel is much improved over stock. Be aware that some small pieces of plastic may break off from the sides of the top pivot point on the assist spring assembly. I believe this happened because I didn't pull the assembly off perfectly straight. It appears it could still be re-installed if needed with those tiny pieces missing. I highly recommend this free and easy mod!
