larry, so you changed '0726-41-02 0001 0000 0071' to '0726-41-02 0000 0001 0071' and that worked? Want to keep spreadsheet correct. Perhaps it is just that bit value of 1 on the 4th byte that changes the double honk.
In your example 726-41-02 0001 0000 00(71) that changes base on the rest, that 71 is the checksum and forscan will change it based on your input.

Fionic, sorry if I confused you with bytes and byte.

If you use the Hex Calculator in the program I mentioned in the first post you'll see.

just making sure :) I frequently program at the bit-level at work, so I'm used to the notation.

Cars with the PP option have the center dash vacuum/boost gauge turned off. Can that be changed?

Anybody play around with enabling rolling the windows up from the keyfob, or setting the stereo outputs to low level from high level?

After doing some digging, on the Fusion this is what controls open/close in the BCM:

726-17-01: 0101 0101 014A - Remote Close Enabled
726-17-02: 0101 0101 014B - Remote Open Enabled

I posted the link to the fusion global open/close on the first or second page, though I'm not sure it would apply for s550. I don't see why it WOULDN'T work.

My s550 as-built shows:

0726-17-01 0000 0000 0045
and
0726-17-02 0101 0101 014B

so... if the 17-02 is global remote open on the mustang, then, theoretically, it may work to change 17-01 to what you specified.

something like:
0726-17-01 0000 0000 0045 - remote close disabled
0726-17-01 0101 0101 014A - remote close enabled

I think I read somewhere that remote close was contingent on two things, one the physical switches being there in the car for one-touch roll up (they are) and two the car having Ford's sensing feature that "bounces back" the windows when an obstacle is detected. From reading the manual our cars have that as well.

I don't have my ODBLink yet, can't test it out. It would be really cool to have this though!

as far as I can tell, it's only disabled in the States due to bs legal reasons or something.

i saw somewhere that the drive modes can be enabled if you upgrade how easy would this be to do and has it been tested yet?
I was wondering about this myself, since I'm in the process of adding auto climate control and 8" screen to my Base GT.

- Convert Audio Output from the Audio Control Module (ACM) from either Sony Mode / High Level Out to a Low Line Level Out to allow for better sound quality with aftermarket amplifiers driving speakers and subs.

Is this one confirmed? Didn't see it on the spreadsheet.

That part was copy/pasted from another guide on another forum for another car...

I've been researching and all I've found so far is this; http://www.fordescape.org/forum/electronics-audio-lighting/55554-reprogram-acm-output.html
