When is the first delivery to Oz?

Thanks guys. Fingers crossed pre-delivery goes smoothly and I'm able to pick up the keys on Thursday!

Indicator stalk definitely on the right and when I (briefly) opened the boot I didn't see any sub woofer. The car does have the 'shaker' branding inside though.

Yellow GT will let you know re the plates. If i'm not happy with the plates I'll most likely order a set of Larkin ones too. Hoping it will only be required for the front.

See attached for a couple more pictures from today too. Got to love the flat rock sticker which is on the passenger rear window. :usa:

Yep that would have been it. Sounds like mine came in late yesterday along with their red ecoboost demonstrator. I think their Maroochydore dealership received 2 customer cars (2 ecoboost convertibles) and an ecoboost convertible demonstrator.

Sorry to hear about your car aussierob - Hopefully they get it sorted asap.

That's usually what it's like over on Whingepool.

I think all of the comments on Ford Australia's page were justified. It's quite obvious that they gave that knob jockey from 3AW preferential treatment - his car turned up by itself on a tilt tray FFS.

They should at least have had the decency to respond to queries from concerned customers - I haven't seen that happen yet.

Bloody WP, some idiot gave me grief about saying nobody had got their cars then a week later he's called his contacts and they don't have any cars!

Anyway, thanks all you early orders for (hopefully) letting Ford Aus get all their mistakes out of the way now so we later orders will have a nice smooth run to delivery

I was talking to a friend who sells Nissans, he was talking about Prixcar and delays - apparently they are only operating at ~60% capacity due to staff members on leave etc with the Christmas/New Year break.

This won't be helping with turnaround times, probably just another piece of the puzzle.

Happy to help them out and hire a car trailer and go pick mine up from Port Kembla - no charge. I reckon I can be there in just over an hour. Who do I have to call?
