$300 if local (Seattle area). $330 shipped to lower 48. Never used. Fits over Brembos and in wheel well. This is not the kit, just the wheel and tire.
  2. GR86 from a Mustang GT PP (modified) owners (and Dads) long perspective

I spent a decent bit of time driving the GR86. Here's the detailed takeaway compared to my GT which I've owned and modified for a long time. Looks 1) It looks and fits (the cockpit) like a Mustang GT that has been shrunk by 25 to 30%. The profile, double bubble roof, proportions are similar...
  3. Bumpsteer kit and steering feedback

Hey guys, I had the bumpsteer kit installed a few months back. I feel it's doing its job too effectively (ie, my steering has completely become numb). Note - I do have the raised lateral links from Steeda and the (slightly) lower GT350R springs. Wondering how to bring that feedback in including...
  4. Aluminum spacers on steel subframe (BMR CB006) - Issues?

I was looking into the pros and cons of the front chassis brace designs from BMR and Steeda - it seems the BMR's design mounts higher and does not scrape. A huge advantage and its a pretty clever design. The cons of this design is the spacer sometimes is difficult to insert and align due to the...
  5. S550 GT Performance Pack Wheels + Tires (<5000 miles, stored in tire bags)

I'm selling my Ford Mustang GT Performance Pack OEM Wheels and Tires. The tires have about 5000 miles on them. They have at least 80% of the tread left (front and rears). They have been stored in tire and wheel bags in my climate controlled garage as I was playing around with the idea of...
  6. These bad boyz have arrived (lightweight rotors, raised lateral links): Will share impressions soon

I've been on a journey to focus on a balance of light weighting, handling and "feel" without compromising daily livability. These are my latest weapons in the war chest. Will share impressions once installed!!! The Girodiscs are seriously lighter and make a ton of sense for the GT-PP cars (Vs...
  7. Comparing my (built suspension) Mustang GT PP Vs 997 Porsche 911 (manual)

I spent 300 miles driving around the mountains, freeway and back-roads in a 997 generation Porsche 911 riding on PS4S tires. The 997 (05-09) and 997.5 (09-12) 911s are considered desirable with their NA engines, hydraulic steering, small dimensions etc. Later 911's have moved more towards the...
  8. Not quite cheating on your S550 (what cars have u thought about and why, why not)

Most of us love our Stangs, I do. It's a beast. With the mods I've done, its insane. That said, as a car enthusiast the mind drifts and I often think about other cars that I would add to my stable to complement or replace the Mustang. In reality, I'm unlikely to do this even though I've owned...
  9. How much does the hood liner weigh?

I'm trying to get as much weightoff the nose. Sound tube, air box, engine cover are gone. This seems like the next easy thing and is mounted high up so even better. Lightweight battery is also big savings but seems like there are tradeoffs with the lighter stuff and no mounts for the Mustang. I...
  10. GT350R alum knuckle, spindle, hub for 2015-17 GTPPs

For those of us handling guys, is there a benefit to installing the GT350R hub, steering knuckle and spindle? The GT has forged steel knuckles for example and the GT350 pieces are alumnium. A lot of reviews talk about the GT350R having amazing steering, but the rack etc are the same. The...
  11. Weird rust-like spot on hood (different from photos of typical aluminum hood corrosion)

Any advice what this spot is? I tried to wipe it with a microfiber + instant detailer and nothing came off. Unlike rust, it didnt transfer red oxide/stain onto the microfiber. It's small and ABOVE the paint. My theory is this is some iron particle that was embedded in the hood and rusted???
  12. Washington FS: JMS Pedalmax $160 shipped

Will ship to US only. Selling as I got a Lund tune. This model does not have the dial - I didnt care about the dial. This works with my 15 GT. It does not work with GT350s and is not tested for 18+ Mustangs.
  13. Wipers for S550 GT

Hey guys, is there a brand of wipers you all prefer for our S550s and any preference on vendors/sites/shops? I just tried DieHard branded wipers and they didnt fit (there seems to be issues using their supplied pinch tab adapter - doesnt fit in the arm). Wasted hour! The Ford ones went on and...
  14. FS: Covercraft 15-19 GT/EB/V6 Block-It 380 With 50 Years Logo (New In box)

I had purchased two but realized the first one is so good its going to last years. Selling the second as a result as I have no need for it (it's in the original factory box and has never been opened). Asking 160 Shipped, on sale for $209 in CJ Pony Parts. Took the photo a few months back but...
  15. Lund - car pulling timing (Seattle area 91 octane). Normal?

Hey guys, I got a Lund tune and after the data log John mentioned I was getting some knock activity. Recommended an octane booster and data log again to eliminate false knock etc. After I did that and sent the file, he mentioned that its still doing it - but much better than before...
  16. PMAS fitment (rubbing against top)

I've had the PMAS for a few months now and had a couple of questions. 1) Does your PMAS make a slight whistling sound on acceleration? Mine does (high pitched sound). I checked and all connections looks tight. Reviewing the forums, seems like there isnt consensus on this. This was expected in...
  17. Is an alignment needed after Steeda tension links w bearings?

Hey guys I just purchased these. https://www.steeda.com/Steeda-S550-Mustang-Front-Control-Arms-Tension-Links-w-Bearings-2015-2019_p_14091.html Its a simple swap of the existing tension link. Looks like a super easy swap. All it does is replace the existing bushing w a bearing pre installed...
  18. FS: JMS Pedalmax $200 shipped <Sold>

Will ship to US only. Selling as I got a Lund tune. This model does not have the dial - I didnt care about the dial.
  19. To lube or not to lube

Hey guys, I was getting my family car serviced and noticed one of the items on the check-list was 'inspect and lube suspension if needed'. That got me thinking - I have a bunch of Steeda and BMR parts (see signature). Many of these with bearings. Are we supposed to lube these (or other OEM...
  20. PP2 EPS, ABS Tuning on PP1 GT's

Hey guys, Many of you have seen this good video comparing the PP2 to PP1. Motortrend also gives a good breakdown for a more detailed comparison. https://www.motortrend.com/cars/ford/mustang/2018/2018-ford-mustang-gt-performance-pack-2-review/ Key differences are aero, wheels and tires, shock...
