Anyone know what this connector under the passenger side is for?

Started to hear this flapping noise at highway speed. Sound is on passenger side. The noise changes with air speed. Kinda sounds like its behind glove box? Looked in door jam and glanced under car and under hood and couldnt find anything. Anyone else experience this? Just started a week ago.
