You sound like someone who bought a mach 1..... Leave Brittany alone!
Just bustin balls lol. Nice buy, congrats!
It's more the people who have a GT already who are mainly standing back and looking at the big picture. Do I want to give up my car for X amount of more debt for an X amount of...
I agree. If I got a mach 1 it would be buy it and drive it. No modding. leave that for the GTs (in my opinion). I'm enjoying modding my car as it's been about 10 years since I've had a car to modify. once this gets old the S650 will be out and more than likely something better....and probably...
Except they are even more lol. I agree though that 75k is a tough pill to swallow for something that goes a bit faster in a straight line than a 1LE. at the end of the day it is just a fancier GT or a less cool GT350.
The only local one that is known well thought the gt350 mani wasn't worth it over the stock gen 2 mani. Which is what I have a long with the GT350TB.
I don't think they shut off any of the emissions and sensors anyways though right?
bah in 20 years the tinkerers will be tinkering with batteries and conductors mainly. Just because it will be more green doesn't mean it can't be fun. BUT....it will be quieter. Just attach some playing cards to the calipers I guess
If you have a PP2 and MONEY/VALUE IS A CONCERN then the mach 1 is NOT worth it. Even if you want a 3rd pedal in your PP2 a tremec swap would be cost effective over a mach 1.
I was considering a mach 1 but I feel like that car would be best left stock with aftermarket rims at best. Over 70g...
I don't think I've attempted to dump the clutch in this car yet. Pointless if you do nothing but spin.
I have the stop the hop steeda kit on the car and then all the suspension stuff going on the car this summer. PP toe links, FRPP toe knuckle bearings, superpro poly LCA bushings.
I thought...
I noticed some threads about rear diff bolt shearing off. Is this a problem only when diff bushing inserts or lock outs are used?
Will lethal extreme diff bolts work with OEM bushings OR are they useless for a 99% street driven bolt on car?
Maybe it's a dumb question but I was just curious and couldn't find anything on this. As the question says, why do turbos/centri have blowoff valves while PDs have a bypass valve?
I'm originally from Norwood, had a lot of nice drives to cobourg. Was part of the gtamc long ago.
Winter is just what we got to do, either beat up your car or long for it all winter. But only a month and a half to go roughly. If I was someone who swapped car a lot I would drive it all winter...
