I am very sad to write this message but here is the current story.
About 6 months ago I had the Evap core on my ac unit go out. Ford warrantied the Evap core but also found and issue with the AC compressor not kicking on. At that time they changed the AC compressor as well. All seemed fine...
Been having an intermittent issue where I get in the car to start it up. All the electric comes on normally. I press the starter button I'll hear a few clicks but that's about it engine won't turn over. The starter isn't even engaging the flywheel.

Have a small crack by the O2 sensor i found when I had the belly pan off. I already know my dealer won't warranty this out bc I have resonator delete pipes welded in. What would you all do with this? Is this section cast , can it be welded or not ?

So had my car in for ac Evap core replacement as well as a new AC compressor. I drove the car home from the dealer about 12 miles and parked it. I popped the hood for a routine inspection and found an oil leak from this sensor which I think is a cam sensor but please correct me if I am wrong...
Had my car in for service and the dealer curbed the rim. Service manager said they are going to try to fix it in the body shop. Can this even be fixed to 100% correct ? I am just going to bust there asses for a new wheel.

So out of nowhere I got a check charging system now message on the dash.
It happened almost every time I stopped at a light and the car was idling, 3 times total.
Once I rev the motor the warning goes away. Anyone else deals with this. Prolly an alternator I guess.
Ok I have motocraft 5w30 and 5w50 in my garage. My car was slightly low on oil and I was in a hurry. Like a freaking idiot put in 3/4 of a quart of 5w 30. I mean come on the bottles look exactly the same.
