So I went to go upload my latest tune revision from Lund this afternoon before leaving work, tune loaded successfully , shut the car off for ten seconds per the instructions, go to start car and nothing but warning lights and chimes. I tried to load it again and then gauge will not read my car...
Take a piece of rubber hose about 3 ft long about 1/2 inch thick and put one end to your ear and the other end on various areas of the timing cover or wherever really, old mechanics trick that will pinpoint your noise
Mine is very notchy going into 5th gear every time, cold or hot. I have an MGW and bg synchro shift fluid and it didn't solve the issue. along with all sorts of other noises I've learned to live with. I stopped worrying about it for now, if she goes I'll probably send it to rev auto for a...
You can buy a replacement stud from the dealer. Just hammer the snapped one out, and hammer the new one up from the wheel well. You just need to remove the wheel and strut assembly, easy fix. Sorry about your dog
When I installed them I had the camber all the way positive on the eccentric mounting hole which should of gave me the maximum amount of clearance. I also tried adjusting the plates to no avail. I have the same car in the picture. If I could have obtained 1 inch lower than your picture I...
I was all done putting my opinion in but I can't really bite my tongue on this. The car in your photo is a performance pack gt and it is set to about the exact height as sportlines based on the photo and the information you guys gave me when I called asking about it. After I had made contact...
The only solution if you want it really low is to run a spacer or a shorter spring on the Coilovers, I never waited to try the shorter springs so I don't know how it would drive on them
On my car which has stock performance pack wheels I could not go any lower than what I had with the sportlines without adding 1 mm of preload for every 1mm of drop. Yes a spacer would of worked, probably only would've needed a 5mm spacer but I did not want to run a spacer.
I see your point but if they say I can drop the front 3 inches and I later install them and find out that I actually cannot drop the front 3 inches that is on them. This has been a very long process since the beginning with them and I'm keeping most of my frustrations to myself. Again they...
Unfortunately I will not be able to write a very good review because I only drove a few miles on them and now am returning them. They told me when I last spoke with them that they will be updating there application guide to exclude performance pack GT's. While they did technically fit the car...
If you look on beefcakes site he has a picture of the 2015 pcm code. Even though the Lund directions and lethal told me it was a 4 digit code, I sent in the 3 digit one anyway and got my tune with no issues. They should probably clarify things a bit
The car definitely handles a lot tighter than it did on stock struts and sportlines. Like I mentioned though they are far from dialed in. I was going for looks more than anything.
It actually snowed yesterday and today so as soon as it's nice out I'll take a lot more pics. I temporarily solved the rubbing by preloaded the front springs by 20mm which is not going to be the permanent solution, that's in iscs hands, but I believe I'm like the third person with these and...
I have a few things I'm trying to iron out with ISC. If I lower the front any lower than my sportlines the upper locking rings rub the tire. I had to add 20mm of preload to obtain a 1/2 lower ride than the sportlines. That's with the top camber bolt all the way positive too. They need...
I just pulled my bolt and bolt mount out completely the ac line seemed fine without it. What I don't understand is if you look directly down on mine just like in your picture the primary under the one you can see in your pic seem to kick out towards the frame rail and I only have about 1/4inch...
I still need to install the driver side front. I'm trying to figure out the rubbing issue first. When that's done I'll pay pics but they will be upside down. I don't know how to flip the images
