Ford puts out a new schedule on Thursday so I call once a week on Thursday or Friday. FP can tell you just about anything pertaining to the status of your order, but I don't believe they will provide a VIN# or window sticker. For example, when I called today Mike said that mine was off the line...

There a couple of links in the thread titled "Average Order Processing Time" that will get you there. Keep in mind your car may already be in production before the sticker is available, and you may not be able to get a window sticker through these links, some people have had issues. BTW, I...

COTUS has never worked for me and I have a VIN#, window sticker, and a scheduled build week of 8/1 per FP by phone last week. And yes, I plan to call FP tomorrow. :hail:

You may have to keep hammering your dealer, I'm not sure FP will give out a VIN#.

Check post #33 in this thread; I used the link to research maniacs with my VIN#. :thumbsup: It didn't show until today and I'm scheduled for week of 8/1, so it may not show until it gets close to schedule date.

Got my VIN, no sticker yet. Mike at FP verified a build week of 8/1. I was originally going with LB, but it seems everyone and their dog is getting that, so I changed it to TCY w\blk stripes, just like the '70 Boss 302 I had.

Please keep us updated on your quest for a lift; we're looking at getting one too, probably a 4 post on casters. :thumbsup:

FWIW, back in the 70's I had a mustang with an optional close ratio top loader 4 speed (Borg Warner T5 if IRC) and it used auto tranny fluid too. The problem with it was that being an aluminum housing as the tranny got hot the synchronizer spacing would spread out and it would tend to eat...

Just got a VIN from my dealer and according to Mike at FP I'm scheduled for week of 8/1!
