If you can pull up the wheel offset info for the PP3 wheels, that would be a good place to start. I run 295's in back (11") for the street, and they are pretty flush. With 305 Nitto 555RIIs on them, they are perfectly flush. 295's 305 Nitto 555RIIs

I replaced my headers on my 1994 Ford F350 dually and two were broken. I had space issues also so bought a pneumatic 90 degree drill, and was able to get in there to drill a hole and back it out. Might have been this one, not sure if it would work for you...
